1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home lighting products: floor lamps, lampshades, and light bulbs.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Floor Lamps (Electrical Safety – UL 153):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage indicated on the lamp.

  • Keep flammable materials (curtains, bedding, paper) away from bulbs.

  • Place on level, stable surface; ensure lamp is not in high‑traffic areas.

  • Unplug before cleaning or changing bulbs.

  • Allow bulbs to cool before handling.

  • For smart lamps with wireless functionality: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.

For Lampshades (General Safety):

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating of the lamp (if provided).

  • Ensure lampshade is securely attached to lamp base.

For Light Bulbs (DOE & FTC Compliance):

  • Allow bulb to cool before handling.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage indicated in the fixture.

  • Do not use bulbs that are cracked, damaged, or show signs of overheating.

  • Dispose of CFL bulbs according to local regulations (contain mercury).

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (floor lamps, lampshades), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (UL 153, 16 CFR Part 1303) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For lamps or lampshades intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory.
