Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1‑3 days (lampshades, bulbs); 3‑7 days (floor lamps).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Small items (lampshades, bulbs): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Floor lamps: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Lampshades/bulbs: 5‑10 days; Floor lamps via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Floor Lamps)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for floor lamps at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Floor lamps: Boxed with foam inserts; UL and FCC labels visible.

  • Lampshades: Boxed with protective padding.

  • Light bulbs: Boxed with foam or cardboard dividers; FTC Lighting Facts label visible.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
